Zen DeBrücke is an inspirational teacher and speaker and the co-founder of Smart Soul Academy. Smart Soul Academy is a unique combination of an online training system with offline support. The Academy supports individual in being present to the continuous guidance that is being provided by their Internal Guidance System (IGS). The IGS, a unique, factory-installed system creates one's ability to receive consistent, successful results in life. She is the author of "The Smart Soul: Discovering Your Internal Guidance System, Transform Anxiety into Success and Fulfillment" which provides the practices and inspiration to live authentically as joy and truth.

Her desire for others to experience an authentic and joyful life propelled Zen to found Smart Soul Academy, which is devoted to training people to use their IGS, allowing them to align themselves with their purpose and stay on track in living it. Her dedication to ecological consciousness, environmental sustainability, spiritual fulfillment and social justice inspires her own life as she participates in activities that promote these three fundemental principals. In 2003 Zen joined the Transformational Leadership Council, which includes luminaries such as Jack Canfield, Lynne Twist, Marianne Williamson and Stephen Covey. Zen resides in Boulder Colorado and is an integral part of the Social Venture Network. A successful entrepreneur and business executive, Zen has coached hundreds of business leaders to use their IGS for success in every area of their lives.

She is also well known for her earlier work as the CEO of The Netkitchen, an Internet strategy-consulting firm, where she spent four years creating innovative internet campaigns and properties for Fortune 500 companies, including Applied Materials, IBM, Electronic Arts and VISA. She has also contributed to Delta Airlines as the media expert for their in-flight radio program and was a contributing editor to In-Radio Magazine.
